Run by Paul Bouwer, Bluebird stored some high value furniture for us in the UK, and then helped us move home from the South of France to the UK. It was a big move needing multiple vans, and they carried it out on time and in a very friendly manner, - nothing was too much trouble and they took huge amounts of care over all our items. Their packing was first rate, - nothing damaged or broken. Surprisingly reasonable on price too, - they beat all other quotes. Highly rated. We had to organise a move at short notice. We came across Bluebird Carriers through recommendation. The recommendation was one of the best recommendations we had ever received. Paul Bouwer is a very friendly, extremely reliable and correct businessman. He quickly made an appointment with us for consultation, he provided a quote on the spot and explained it in a comprehensible way. He has a great deal of patience and answered every question willingly and in full. We then decided on Bluebird Carriers because both the presentation was very good and the price offered was very fair. The expectations after the first conversation were not only fully met, but far exceeded. The removal boxes were delivered two weeks before the move on the agreed day at the agreed time in exact quantities (extremely reliable). Then when the day of the move arrived, the Bluebird Carriers team were on time and very professional in carrying out the move. All floors were covered with protective carpeting and all staff wore gloves. We were lucky enough to have Ben and his team from Bluebird Carriers with us for the move. Ben and his whole team are quite fantastic people, very educated, very polite, very accurate, very reliable, very motivated, very efficient and very quick. We were overwhelmed by the quality of the whole moving team and the way they carried out the move. They were very careful not to damage any items. They took the time to clear everything out of the house in such a way that there was no damage to floors or walls at all. They acted extremely carefully, always remaining friendly and calm, even when we had changed one thing or another several times. We would particularly like to highlight the patience that the whole team showed throughout the move. We have done several moves in our lives and we would definitely give this team and company an award for one of the best moving teams we have ever had. We wish Bluebird Carriers, Paul, Ben and the whole team all the best and can recommend this company 100%. Everyone will be very happy to have had their move done with such a great company and such great people. It was also personally rewarding for us to meet the staff and people of Bluebird Carriers.
