Woven & Woods

We had our reception room floor changed by Woven & Woods and Chris (the installer). We're really happy with the quality of the wood and the installation. Everything was smooth and the team at the shop was really helpful in showing us the different types of wood and options. We even got to try the wood samples at home before buying. We now have to change some carpets and will definitely ask them. I would recommend!

Woven and Woods relaid our whole downstairs in engineered wood and we are so glad that we chose this company. Our project, through no fault of W&W, turned into the most challenging of situations with issues around screeding and sub floors which were totally unexpected. At every stage W&W were there offering support and solutions and never leaving us feeling that we were on our own. Every member of staff was a delight to deal with but particular mentions must go to Georgie in the Twickenham shop and to the fitters Chris and Ollie. The finished fit is superb and has since attracted many admiring comments. It was a pleasure to have Chris and Ollie in the house and their attention to detail and desire to ensure that we were happy with everything contributed enormously to the positive impression of W&W. We highly recommend this company if you are considering flooring.

I recently had a carpet runner put in on the hallway stairs.The runner looks great! The specialist fitter did a very professional job and I was very satisfied with the work done.

I have just had the most beautiful Ted Todd Calico floor laid. From start to finish, the process has been extremely professional. Luca was very helpful in the shop and immediately offered me the flexibility of measuring at a time that suited me even though it was outside the normal times. Georgie undertook the measuring and was really helpful, knowledgeable, meticulous and professional. I was lucky enough to be able to book the installation in quickly and Ray and Junior were exceptional. As well as polite and considerate, they worked incredibly hard and finished the floors in just two days. The quality of the work is superb and I would have no hesitation in recommending both the stunning wood floor and the amazing service. Thank you all
