I have been a very satisfied customer of Thames Audio for over 10 years now. Ive always had an excellent experience when dealing with them. I have purchased many AV products from them such as TVs, sound system, AV receive, a sound bar, radios as well as various accessories such as headphones, channel switcher and all types of wiring. Their prices are competitive and they do excellent installation work and always are very neat and tidy. They are very experienced and always made sure everything is to my satisfaction.

Bobby fitted tv 'window' aerial on inside wall in my flat in 30 mins today - improving reception from 20% to 100%! Recomended by neighbours. Aerial cost plus 80 + VAT fitting charge. He kindly phoned to let me know a traffic jam was delaying him.

What a gem! We have been Thames Audio Video customers for years and have always received fantastic customer service. No job to big or too small, very competitive rates. Bobby has helped us with setting up our TV, sound system and sorted out our various WIFI issues. We have also bought equipment from him. The after sales service is second to none. Highly recommend this small local business.

Thames Audio Video did a great job setting up my home audio video system. Bobby does really clean work, hiding cables and making sure everything is clean, tidy and is perfect working order. He spent a lot of time getting things exactly right and helping us understand how to use the system. I would recommend them really strongly.
