        I used the out of hours service on Saturday. I was very grateful to get an appointment at short notice. The doctor was very kind and patient and getting the antibiotics on Saturday rather than Monday made a big difference as I had got a lot worse before they kicked in. Many thanks.

        After a couple of days developing a rash in my body, yesterday Ive finally decided to call the 111 and find what is going on. So the NHS just sent me in this clinic. This asian Dr. asked me a few question, did some measurements (temperature above 37, declared as temperature is ok), and after all they got rid of me saying is a normal cold, can pass in a few months. I understand was a Sunday, but is peoples life the one you are earning from. Very disappointing. At the end of the story I had a serious infection due to a bacteria that was found after a visit at the GUM clinic, as I suggested the doctor that day. It was so serious that if not treated, could lead to impairment. Awful service.
