I had a telephone consultation with doctor Johal today and I was very happy about the care and feedback he has given to me. He really listened to my problem and tried to genuinely help. I much appreciate it! Thank you very much

This is the best surgery in the country! People like Dr. Johal (senior) and Lisa the nurse are fantastic! I have been with the surgery over 20 years now and although I hardly go (and thats only when I am nearly at deaths door!) but every time I ring up or go - I have a fabulous chat with a human! I always get an appointment and great support! Thanks everyone at TPS for always being there! Sunil Chityal

Have been with the practice for almost 3 years and have had a great level of care. Every GP and nurse appointment- whether telephonic or in person - has been excellent. The doctors really listen and ask contextual questions to understand and help, and both they and the nurses have treated my family and I with empathy. The reception and pharmacy team have gone out of their way on numerous occasions to help with emergency medication requests and appointments. Can strongly recommend.

Ive been with the surgery for over 10 years and always found the doctors and nurses to be excellent, most recently last week. I have also been able to make an appointment reasonably easily, the reception staff being very helpful if there are problems booking online.

When my marriage was over, I was informed that I was a victim of DV by one stop shop. So, I fled from my husband to women's aid and when I came back to the area and re-registered GP here again as this GP had been very nice, but when I saw Dr. Johal Jr, his first words were "So, you were little bullied". I was so shocked by this as what I had been through weren't bullying, moreover, the police strongly suggested that he should be behind the bar, where he belonged. That was about 5 years ago, and very recently I saw Dr. Johal Sr, he was very nice and promised to help me with PTSD. At the end of consultation, I told him about his son, but he said "I wasn't there, so I can't say if he said it or he didn't". On Saturday, 2 weeks later, I received a letter to say, I needed to register somewhere else as I live out of catchment area. Do you think that is coincident? I don't think so. Dr. Johal Sr said "I love all my patients" on the day, but more likely "SELECTED patients", which of course I wasn't included. Other doctors are not much different. When I told Male doctor that I had pins and needles on little finger. He said there's nothing they could do. I knew that was not true as I am medically trained in my country. So, when I saw another doctor, I told her again and requested to refer me to a specialist. She referred me to neurologist, but his report was left for months until I mentioned. She still believed what I needed was self physiotherapy, so she referred to a triage technician, not an orthopaedic specialist. But luckily technician sent me to the specialist. After that, I was top of the waiting list and got surgery within a couple of weeks. They wasted more than several months because of their mis judgement on my symptoms. All in all, they used to be a very good GP, but not anymore. They deleted my name from their registration even I haven't got new GP, as my PTSD is playing my head and mind and I'm still unable to bring myself to find new GP. When the medications run out about in 2 weeks, I don't think I could cope with my life as I barely function now even with medications. So, it's safely to say that they don't really care if I live or die. If I haven't got new GP by then, I think I'm simply out of here.
