I really believed I had possibly lost decades worth of computer work, which is beyond serious for someone who tries to spend the minimum amount of time necessary working on my computer. I had, none-the-less, accumulated a hefty bulk of material (photos, music, film clips and documents). I had no capacity to remedy my corrupted OS on my own. Hefin saved me from catastrophic disaster. I have a beautifully functioning system now, though, with my own slow Internet connection.

Your immediate responsiveness and attentions allowed me to retrieve not only the material but then you have enabled the update of my software and at an excellent price.
