I use this company all the time for my dry cleaning and the laundry of my heavy bed throws. Im surprised by the negative reviews as all my experiences have been fantastic and I have given them some expensive, delicate dresses to clean. Nothing has ever been returned to me damaged or with stains on. Customer service has always been friendly. It saddens me to read the reviews below. I dont normally review but I felt compelled to do so in this instance as it all feels very unfair. Service: Alterations

After my clothes came back STILL dirty the first time I used RV I thought, ok this must just be a one off bad cleaning. Second time my clothes came back with the same spots they went in with I thought, no Im imagining this. The third time I was officially upset and will now never use them again. I did some research and decided to launder my own delicates (including silk) with Woolite and hand washing and what do you know?!?!?.....my clothes are clean and look great. I dont know what con they are running in our neighborhood but its truly unprofessional and they should be ashamed of their business. Absolute waste of at least 150 spent there. After speaking to a local friend about it she says she now takes her coats to be laundered in Kensington at a Turkish place and I will do the same for items I cant launder myself. I should add....the woman who did alterations for me there was the only positive experience I had. She did fine work.
