Barclays Bank

Let's face it, it's not often we have something good to say about a bank, but I had to leave this review. I have a close friend who is in the early stages of mental decline. We needed to go to this branch to get some of his finacial affairs in order. Without going into detail, I just wanted to say that, firstly we were approached by Nigel to help us - a lovely chap with a calm and patient manner. He asked how he could help, but we really needed to speak with a cashier. That's where Jonathan came in. He could immediately see that this was a situation that needed patience, and tact. His good nature and knowledgable approach meant that we resolved the issue without fuss and in a timely manner. He also made some suggestions as to how we could make things easier for all concerned in the future. It would be a crime if management didn't see this review and give those staff involved a much deserved pat on the back - it will show that they care about the people that work for them. They can prove this by leaving a reply to this review within 14 days. If there isn't one, you'll know that they didn't feedback to their staff. That's it.

I had an issue with my account which took some time and patience to sort out. Jonathan dealt with it effectively and with a smile. Great service and a pleasure to deal with. Thank you Jonathan keep up the great work!

I've been a Barclays customer for over 7 years and this Barclays is one of the best ones! Nigel (one of the staff) was very helpful with my enquiries and overall experience was great!
