        Dreadful customer service .woman at the desk told me to wait . Finally seen and told I can't do anything to open account in branch only online .what is the point of having a branch if you can't open an account.

        Very disappointed with HSBC, the customer service and user experience is so bad. But dont even try to speak with any human in this branch, the atm are smarter than them

        Excellent, friendly and efficient service by Inga today, who went above and beyond - took the time to give me helpful information about the mobile app (which will save me a great amount of time and money as I will no longer need to travel into the bank with my baby for the particular service I need.)
