Firstly, my experience couldnt have been made any easier when coming to the toughest decision of my life regarding having an abortion. The level of care at this clinic is exceptional and the kindness, compassion and understanding from each and every member of staff will never be forgotten. Huge shout out to Angela who was with me and my partner every step of the way, the wonderful surgeon and anaesthetist, and lovely nurses, midwives and receptionists who made me feel comfortable and helped to make my experience somewhat more positive. Thank you BPAS, I appreciate you all so much and continue doing what you are doing!!! X

Refused treatment due to medical conditions . As if carrying a pregnancy isnt going to cause issues with my health? Staff extremely rude, entitled, will talk down to you and belittle you. An extremely hard decision made even harder!!

Today i went to BPAS Richmond for a surgical abortion and i couldnt have asked for better support and nurses and surgeons around me they were amazing i am only 16 and there was no judgement at all i felt so welcome and at ease and comfortable! I highly recommend them and i just want to say a massive thankyou for how you all helped me today it means a lot especially in such a tough situation

Hi, I want to thank the staff on the 21st and 22nd including the doctors who took care of me, because thanks to them I can walk more easily in life, excellent doctor, very communicative nurses and helped me a lot to overcome my fear, that is, a correct treatment and a happy ending without problems. Thank you very much, you are the best.

I flew here from Ireland alone and was so worried but these people were so nice and genuine I was amazed Ive never had such nice medical staff, they were so caring in regards to anything I asked or any concerns, honestly couldnt fault them. I would highly recommend this clinic, staff is amazing
