Brilliant place ran by brilliant and extremely knowledgeable staff. They unlocked everything just for me and my partner to have a wander about and the wealth of information from the lady that works here is immense. We had a brilliant visit all in all and would recommend to anybody

What a wonderful place! There's so much to take in - from the horse gas masks to the antique Native Indian saddle. Don't be put off if you're not particularly horsey - the collection (across nine rooms and two long corridors) is as much about the history of humans and their relationship with horses, as it is about the animals themselves.
