Nicky has been really good helping me with dietary and lifestyle changes since I was diagnosed with type 2 diabetes a year ago, with her help Ive managed to cut my insulin use in half.

my kinesiology session : I would like to say that the experience of having a session with Nicky was a pleasant surprise! The effect of kinesiology on the body is not something that I felt immediately it is more like a therapeutic feeling that worked to an effect over the period of 2 to 3 days . I had a severe pain in my lower back that was giving me a problem which I had for some years and it also released the thought pattern of the brain releasing these problems that had been locked away in the past It gave me renewed Energy and freedom to release the pain in my spine

Nicky is a wonderful kinesiology therapist and I thoroughly recommend her. She has treated me several times over the last few years and I always leave the session feeling like new. I have even done a few sessions on Skype and these work just as well as in person. She is very experienced and has helped me deal with many different problems on many different levels (physical, mental and energetic).

Absolutely brilliant! Nicky worked remotely with me because of the pandemic and lockdown. I was experiencing some physical and emotional issues relating to a bereavement in the family and some long held beliefs from the past. Nicky worked her magic, got to the root of the issues and helped me release all the emotions I was hanging onto. Now I feel much lighter and able to move on with my life. Nicky really knows her stuff and I would highly recommend her!

Nicky provided an excellent therapy and successfully healed my sleep apnea and has helped me achieve a more balanced, healthy lifestyle in our regular monthly sessions.
