Went to a beginners shooting session today which we thoroughly enjoyed from the first moment we got there to the minute we left. Really friendly place. Welcomed outside by our instructor. If Im honest our instructor made it. Chris was an absolute pleasure and an asset to your establishment. I think it would have been a completely different experience with someone else. Extremely attentive with every shot and offered advice. Fully invested in our session for the whole time. Taught well but in a fun way. Great sense of humour. Will be back! And will be requesting Chris Gooding. Thanks

I went to HWSG for the first time yesterday as I'd booked a beginnerlesson of the back of a recommendation from Shane who I spoke to a few weeks earlier. I was really looking forward to it but I have to say a little bit apprehensive as I'm a complete novice. I went out with Bob, one of the instructors, he was brilliant, really patient and explainedeverything reallyclearly, while walking around thegrounds all of the people were so friendlyboth staff and members, and the grounds are absolutelybeautiful. After my lesson I spent some time with Ian who helped me choose my first shotgun, again really knowledgeable and explained everythingso clearly and there was absolutelyno hard sell in fact I was deterredfrom buyingthings that I didn'tneed just yet, he did me a great dealon a used gun.Just like to say a big thank you to Ian, Bob & Shane, some of the nicest guys you'llever meet andfor making the whole experiencewhat it was, and I'm lookingforward to becoming a member in the new year.

Went today with my best friend.. amazing really enjoyed it..Bob our instructor was great so patient and knowledable .. loved it 10/10.. thanks Bob
