Amazing service! The optician, Sarah, was fantastic. She was really thorough, friendly and explained everything. Julie and her team are so friendly and knowledgeable. They had me kitted out in frames that I loved. Cant wait to wear my new glasses.

Helpful, expert eyewear advice from a warm, artisan and entertaining team. I wanted a change of look and got way more than I bargained for (in a good way just ask about the pom-pom dance). Happy to recommend.

I came across VIP eyewear via Kirsty Mack, House of Colour Stourbridge. Prior to this I had been using a highstreet opticians for over 25 years and now I will never go back! The girls were so warm, friendly and helpful when I had an issue with my prescription (from the highstreet opticians) and did everything they could to get it sorted as quickly as possible. Sarah, the optician, is brilliant. I have never had an eye test quite like it. She is very attentive and made the tiniest of adjustments to get my prescription the best it could be. My vision is the clearest it has been in a long time and I am very grateful. P.S my frames look amazing!! Thank you all.
