Transform Hospital Group

My wife had surgery Sunday it is now Wednesday and no contact has been made when told this would be after 2 days. We have no idea where or when to go for follow up consultation and dressing change, we just know it should be next week. Terrible after care contact no excuse when you pay good money. AVOID THIS PLACE UNTIL THEY GET THEIR ACT TOGETHER

I just had gastric sleeve surgery at Burcat Hospital in Brooms Grove. Very clean hospital big private rooms. lovely staff caring nurses specially my surgeon Mr Awad was Absolutely amazing very happy with my surgery and the care given by him. Highly recommend .

I have just left here and I can't rate the team enough. Respectful - absoloutly Caring - 1000% Cared for me in a dignified way - absoloutly. Each and every member of the team from the Recetpionist, Surgeon, Health Care Assistants, Nurses, Anaesthethist, Theatre Team and including my Night Nurse and all the staff I came into contact with.. absoloutly amazing. Put me at ease and generally lovely caring people people. No ask was to big they generally went out their way for me....evan to have that friendly face to come round too......what more could you want... I would 1000% reccommed any one who is thinking of this route of care DO IT with transform hospital group. So a massive thank-you to you all.. Sending all my care and love

The initial contact started off well and then it declined after that. The room at Transform Hospital group Burcott hall that i had for my procedure was pleasant enough, but after the procedure (lower eyebag removal)I almost felt forgotten about. I had to ask for pain relief and more importantly food as i was there all day ''oh we forgot about you'' was the light hearted reply. Since the procedure I have had one follow up appointment , which was a week after and since then I have heard nothing. I am not happy with the results of the procedure, there is little to no improvement and im left with a flat spot indentation under one eye and still puffy under both eyes. This topped off with never receiving a receipt for the money I paid has resulted in a bitter taste in my mouth and wishing i had used another cosmetic surgery company and the need to leave this review
