Excellent service from Fatboys, communications before fitting were good. Kieran who fitted the stove was amazing, everything was kept tidy and all work done to a high standard. This is the second time we have purchased from Fatboys; highly recommended. Thanks from Wendy and Austin.

Called in today to ask if a bowling ball lifting stick could be repaired. I still don't know the answer because without hesitation a new stick was gifted even though the purchase was made about 2+ years ago. Pleasant experience talking to the staff who were polite, respectful ( my wife and I are both over 80) , and helpful in their advice in regard to short mat bowling. Many thanks.

Disinterested Telephoned Fatboys as they had been recommended by a friend. They advised that would only be able to arrange a survey for the two woodburners we were looking to have installed if we visited the showroom first. Visted today and despite 2 members of staff being around we were totally ignored...not even a polite 'hello'! Having stood by the office door for a few moments the guy was more interested on being on his phone. Visited an alternative supplier in Bromsgrove and the experience couldn't have been more different.

I cannot believe how rude and unhelpful Stuart is from this company, his attitude was very disrespectful and insulting. Having had this very bad experience, my advice would be not to use this company! However, the men that came out to survey were very friendly and helpful.
