A huge set of locks in lovely countryside, quite narrow being mostly a barge width. Well worth a visit, only slightly marred by the noise of a motorway not too far away. Nice walking with a lake to one side

A lovely walk. Park at Tardebigge Church car park, which is free, but please pop into the Church afterwards and leave a donation (if you want). Bring a drink and food as there's no direct pub by the locks (The Tardebigge pub is a short drive away). Enjoy the peaceful serenity of this lovely area

All of the Tardebigge locks are worth a visit. Gets a bit tedious after you have done them a dozen times or more though. Allow around 4 hours to navigate the locks and if you do it in less, you are doing well!
