Intech has performed excellent work for me. Subsidence works were performed at my property by the company. The level of service Kirk provided from beginning to end was excellent. A five-star rating is deserved! Throughout the meeting, he explained everything in detail and answered all of our questions. The team at Intech deserves a great deal of credit for restoring my home to normal so quickly and efficiently.

Fantastic service from start to finish! 5 stars! The surveyor that came out to my property - Adam was very thorough & knowledgeable, he explained everything in detail & answered any questions that we had. Intech Property Services kept in regular contact with us, keeping us updated throughout & were always very quick at responding to any further questions that we had via email or phoning us directly. The repairs were completed to a very high standard within a prompt timeframe in my opinion. I can highly recommend this company, the service & tradesmen that came out to our property to undertake the works.

I recently had my property sorted by Intech property services Very impressed with the works done and how they dealt with my claim. The team were very professional and perfectionist at what they do. Im currently in the process of having my reinstatement works complete at my flat from my water damage claim, intech were allocated for this, they contacted me within an hour of me even finding out they were the contractors allocated, a surveyor called Adam attended 3 days later and was so helpful and reassuring, we are close to completion stage now, the plasterer and painters have been amazing with assisting me on choices where I was stuck, Lauren from the office has called to check in ever few days to see if i have been happy with everything, this has been a much better experience than my last claim where another contractor was appointed with lack of communication, 10 out of 10 for in tech and there team!
