The lady with glasses is extremely rude. No respect for customers, will not be visiting here again.

Gets very cramped inside, they can't accept large parcels due to lack of space. As far as I'm aware, there are four members of staff that work here. The older gentleman that works here is lovely and would bend over backwards to help you. The older woman is also helpful although there has been the odd day where she can be a bit snooty. The younger guy that works here also has the odd day where he can seem a bit miserable. The winner though by a landslide and the reason they get one star is because of the younger woman who works here. She is extraordinarily rude and unhelpful, never smiles, has the charisama of a tea bag! Everytime I have gone in there and she's been behind the counter I've had a terrible experience. She mutters stuff under her breath, if there is a queue of people outside when she opens the door she sighs as she has to stop what she's doing (putting the "FREE CASH WITHDRAWAL" sign outside) and go and serve. I now try to avoid going into this particular branch where possible as I feel one of these days me and her are going to have a conversation that she won't enjoy!
