        I Called Glen last Saturday 31st due to finding a wasp nest in the garden. I Discussed the issue with Glen and he booked the job, arranging to attend on Monday 2nd, giving the time frame of (late morning) but failed to attend with no reason or contact made by Glen to inform me of this. I waited in all morning and afternoon but he never arrived and failed to respond to calls and my voicemail left. Service: Hornet & wasp extermination
