Lisa certainly knows her stuff. Sorted out numerous issues with my feet and legs over the last couple of years. Keeps me running which is a bonus. Very professional and keeps you in touch with why things are hurting and what to do about it.

Lisa has treated me three times over recent years for various pains and aches, and every time the results have been fantastic. On the latest occasion she helped me after I developed a 'dodgy' knee during lockdown. My left knee had started making awful noises and aching and also feeling weaker than the right and prone to giving way when I turned. A long drive earlier in the summer was REALLY hard on my knee and I had to stop several times to walk around to try and relieve it. It was extremely painful. I had a treatment with Lisa on August 5 and she also gave me some exercises to do at home. Together, these things have REALLY helped. My knee has improved more than I thought was possible and when I did the same long drive again this week I had no pain or discomfort at all.
