        A fantastic house that delivered the wow effect from the minute you stepped into the impressive entrance hall. My daughter celebrated her 30th birthday with friends and family. We stayed in the Ann Boleyn room and had no complaints nor did anyone else who stayed. Most rooms were en suite and those that weren't had a modern bathroom close by. The open plan reception rooms were comfortable and large enough for over 20 people. It was not perfect, some dining chairs are in need of a little tlc but could not fault its feeling of splendor. Made the most of visiting Tutbury Castle and the local high street, all worth a look. Would not hesitate in recommending this venue
