I recently took my road bike and wifes hybrid bike to Tim for a full service. Tim is extremely knowledgeable, helpful and cares about his work, unlike other bike shops Ive been to. My bike feels like new, and runs smoother than it ever has. Tim spent ages on getting my wifes awkward v-brakes just right. I live over an hour away from Birkins Cycles, but I cant see myself trusting anyone else to service my bike in future. Thanks a lot.
