I found Jay who owns and works at the venue to be hospitable and knowledgeable. He gave me time to make my decision without being pushy. Even though I had gone for a car at the bottom end of their range, it had still been treated with the same care that the 30k BMWs and Audis had been afforded.

Recently purchased a Mercedes-Benz from Anslow autos. What a pleasurable experience, wasn't looked down on being so young and the showroom was spotless really friendly environment. I have bought a BMW 3-series GT from Anslow Autos and I must say this was the best car buying experience I ever had. I spent quite some time searching through Auto trader for the perfect car and contacted many dealerships in the process, most dealers did either respond to my questions lacklustrely or not at all or phoned me with pushy sales tactics. Not so Anslow Autos, already the initial response by Anslow Autos to my enquiry was both very welcoming and very professional. As they were too far away from my home I had to rely on video, pictures and emails, but all my questions were swiftly answered and also my finance was arranged quickly and without any hickups. I was quite nervous buying a car online without seeing neither the car nor the dealership in real life, but Anslow Autos kept me up to date throughout the whole process right up to the delivery day, which was very reassuring. The delivery service was great, the driver called me in the morning to arrange the exact delivery time and arrived on the minute. The car itself is absolutely perfect. The car drives like a dream and looks like new inside and out. I took it already on a week holiday and cannot fault it. A big thank you to everyone at Anslow Autos from a very happy customer.
