Disgraceful customer service ! Spent 2.5k on a specialised wheelchair and have had problems that render it unfit for purpose several weeks ago (after having it for 1 month) . The response o received was that an engineer will phone and talk me through how to fix it, and to carry loctite ! Three weeks later, im still being treated with complete disregard so am going to sue for all monies to be refunded. Steer well clear! Paid up front in good faith for this chair - no loyalty to customers once they have the money in their hands. ......furious This company's Mission Statement is a total joke (lie)
