    I'm extremely impressed with the professionalism and products of this company. My order was initially incorrect and the customer service manager, Phil, took immediate ownership of the problem and sorted it effortlessly. I would strongly recommend this company and would definitely use it again.

    Never deal with this company, they take money for products that dont exist and 6 months down the line, still no product and no refund.I waited 4 months for product to materialise but gave up and now I have spent 2 months chasing a refund, I asked if it could be sent to a new card as my old one had been cancelled due to fraud. They have finally now issued my refund but to the card thats been cancelled, my money is now somewhere in limbo and after a ridiculous conversation with accounts today I now have to be the one chasing again, contacting my bank to see where it is. Its surely not much to ask for a product to actually exist before taking payment!

    I placed an order with Cody direct about 2-3 months ago, and I was so disappointed with the quality of the products I received, a number of items were damaged either down to being poorly packaged or they were sent damaged from the warehouse. I ordered 2 tuft trays only one arrived full of black marks that couldnt be removed I then chased the 2nd tray when it did finally arrive despite my previous complaint it arrived in a similar conditions. - I also ordered the creative counters and encountered numerous delays and push backs to the point where I had to cancel the order because after it was due to arrive long after the date it was required. I was not informed about these push backs and had to contact customer service on numerous occasions to inquire where my items were. Each time I called I was given a different delivery date. I was charged shipping with my order was over the value of 200 and therefore qualified for free shipping, when I called to resolve this the first customer serviced operative was hostile. I have since been speaking with a Diane Bell who is far more pleasant and has been helpful in resolving my issues, however I have been waiting for a refund for over 2 weeks now and it still has not been processed, I should not have to go through this much hassle to get my money back. All in all I would not recommend Cosy Direct to anyone and wish I had listened to the poor reviews on trust pilot rather than ordering. I have also spoken to a number of people who have had similar poor experiences when shopping with Cosy so its a common trend.
