Treasure the Day Bridal

Rachel has been wonderful, creating such a beautiful tea length dress for our Cornwall Woodland Wedding in July. I described want I thought I'd like and she went through so many options and had loads of ideas. When I arrived for my fitting, the dress was exactly what I'd hoped for. My husband was overwhelmed at how pretty it was. I can't thank her enough for helping to make our day so special.

Would not recommend. I think through the whole experience she didnt smile once at any of the bridal party, wasnt very welcoming at all and very feisty. For saying this is a small business you would think you would value your customers. Upon measurement every single persons dress at first alteration was wrong. For saying they are made to measurements you should have got the measurements right in the first place, one of them was drastically long even though the same bra and shoes were wore on measurment as advised (went back and she may aswell have called me a liar because she didnt take the correct measurments!!) To then charge for the alterations even at your so called discounted price is disgusting. The dresses were always made out to be made there to measure. OH HOW NOT TRUE. Turn the dress inside out and most of them said made in china. Disgusting! So to anyone buying a dress from here, get on ebay and type your made to measure measurements on there. Thats all you are receiving. Then if they dont fit correctly they will get sent to a 'seamstress, whos a friend' .... So the person who claims to make your dress from scratch is just a lady with a tape measure who cant even measure or cant type when she inputs your details on ebay :) :)

Rachael at Treasure The Day has provided me with a stunning prom dress for my daughter. Rachael is ever the professional and listened to my daughters wishes. My daughter tried on various dresses to make sure what she wanted was right. Rachael gave good advice and guidance. We are extremely happy(photo will follow).
