The Tartan Reel

Sadly I too have not received my order after over two weeks wait and contacting the owner twice, with no response. Paypal has also only part refunded me like the previous reviewer. EDIT* Order arrived today. All perfect and well packaged. So I think praps the owner isn't great with emails or tech? I see the shop has very good reviews so I am wondering if customer service is poor when it comes to online retail. Anyway thank you Janey for my fabric.

Sadly, even though I reached out to the Tartan Reel and a refund was promised, this has not happened. The package did not have enough postage paid, so I had to pay a fee to Royal Mail. Despite numerous attempts to contact the shop, I got no response to my messages. These little things make a difference, and Ill be taking my custom elsewhere

Ordered some much wanted fabric from the Tartan Reel. It didn't arrive and after waiting I sent a couple of messages and didn't receive any answers. Phone number was impossible to find and the one I did get didn't connect. Lost money here as for some reason PayPal only refunded 50%. I'm just grateful it wasn't a large order. Feel let down by their shocking customer service. Wouldn't recommend at all!

Always such a great experience using The Tartan Reel. Always great customer service and orders received on time. Janey even goes the extra mile to let me know when a sought after fabric I was after was coming back in to stock. Would definitely recommend!

Beautiful range of fabrics and a nice easy to browse website. Speedy delivery in lovely eco friendly, fully recyclable packaging. Janey super helpful with a query I had and gave excellent customer service. I'm a very happy customer and will definitely be shopping here regularly.
