Vikki made my stunning wedding cake. Vikki has total free rein on design and flavours and didnt disappoint one bit. Layers made up of her delicious carrot , lemon , chocolate and fruit cakes were just scrumptious, light , moist and so tasty . It was enjoyed by everyone and Im still being asked if there is any left !! We had his and her cakes in the end , totally unexpected . I had one special request and that was for a submarine to be on the cake somewhere but Vikki went one step further and surprised us with a giant chocolate submarine cake and the attention to detail was spectacular. My cake was the most beautiful fairy tree trunk , with fairy door , face and lots of little details that weee so much fun to spot. The other tiers were topped off with the most elegant hand made sugar roses and calla Lilys , I actually thought they were real flowers they were so life like. If you are looking for a delicious unique cake for a wedding or special occasion The mouse and the cake will not disappoint

We can not recommend Vikki enough! She went out of her way to become available on the day of our wedding, kept in regular contact and produced the most delicious cake we've ever tasted. We had a 3 tier Wedding cake (all different flavours) and there was absolutely none wasted! We would not hesitate to use The Mouse & The Cake again! Thank you so much!

I would like to highly recommend Vikki. She was absolutely fabulous and so was her cake. We had a proper bespoke cake which meant a lot to us. As you can know planning a wedding is really challenging and me and my husband agreed on Vikki being one of the most pleasant parts of it. We just told her what we want and she did the rest. Not asking million of questions and being proactive is what you want or at least it was like that for us. We did not need to care about the cake. And the tasting box? Oh gosh what a treat. The best part of the wedding preparation. So If you want a delicious cake and no stress then go for Vikki!
