        Possibly the most beautiful view of any London yoga studio looking out on the treetops of Turnham Green. Staff are fabulous, friendly and the studio has a real community feel. Teachers are first rate and attentive to the needs of newcomers, regulars and all in between. Kats Yin & Nidra class is a Sunday treat that is a tonic for both body and mind.

        I love it because, I sweat - detox , stretch/ exercise, relax and loose calories ALL in the same time ! It is not easy to find something that will keep me motivated and keep wanting to come regularly but I already attended more than 20 classes and absolutely love it ! I recommend everyone to try :) I usually come with Kat - she is amazing :) But all teachers I had, were great !

        Best yoga studio in West London. The studios offers a range of different yoga classes, the teachers are always friendly and easy going. Classes can include first time beginners to regular pros. Ive been coming to BYC for 5 years. I find the heat & stretching helps with stress, sleeping & regular exercise.
