Just bought an approved Volvo XC90 from here. 1) car failed an MOT just three weeks later despite having just had pre sale service in log book and of course Volvo Selekt checks 2) car was only superficially cleaned. Im still finding car park tickets wedged into windscreen 3) I asked for help or contact to set up the app three weeks ago and got no reply. Incredibly poor service and disturbing lack of care. Shockingly bad.

Originally entered a PCH agreement on an XC60 in 2019, and was very happy to return to Endeavour Volvo Cars in 2019 to purchase an XC90. Kartik Joshi the consummate professional - process couldn't have been smoother.

Excellent service from Martin, at Volvo west London. Informed and detailed advice without pressure and a sound knowledge of the cars and services, friendly and professional. I would thoroughly recommend Martin and the Volvo West London SALES team. BUT BUT BUT. a year on , and after a so called service and health check, wear on the brake pads was highlighted and recommended to be fixed, a payable wear and tear item lots of impending issues if not fixed immediately, funny thing though water in the driver side rear fog light meaning it doesnt work, was overlooked as its under warranty, like the drivers seat heater which didnt work from purchase and is a 5 hour job, bit reluctant to do that one, no call back after three phonecalls either, i wonder if the management will be so keen to fix this one, time will tell, its only 4 years old too. Seems like they will promise you the world and once you drive off,.... dont want to know

Sold me a doggy car with a bent rear wheel from the inside car leaking from the bottom and rear passenger door makes noise when car is driving over bumps I am a taxi driver I rather go and fix the car then bring the car in so I can be out of work for a couple of weeks and still no outcome it so I would not be wasting my time of work and lose money everyday for no having my car and sitting in volvo service centre
