Learning Curve Group Hair & Beauty Academy Chiswick

It was very disappointing. I booked for the appointment a week ago, confirmed it with the lady on the phone. And on the day I go there and they didn't even have me written in the diary. The staff was not helpful and didn't seem to care much either. I took an hour journey just to be told that I cannot even have my appointment. They didn't even offer any other options. Would not go there, again, rude staff. The lady who gave me the appointment didn't even write it down and the rest of the staff did not even seem apologetic about. However the young South Asian girl was very nice and did apologies and offered to even cut my hair if she had already not been in an appointment .

I had half a head of highlights and a toner done here and love the results. Melissa was really professional, precise and took her time to ensure the result was perfect!

Very nice staff, the trainees are supervised well. The type of cut I got was what I asked for. Better than a much more expensive salon chain that I had used previously who couldn't get it right, LHAA did.
