        Nice bakery however the service from staffs are pretty terrible in this branch. They told me they cant toast the slice of bread which came with the soup and didnt give me the takeout bag for my leftover quiche. Better to improve the service

        Went to Gails in Chiswick. Service was poor, counter girls were unfriendly and my coffee was spilled by barista with no apology. Pastries a tad dry, no real differentiator. Overall impression is overpriced and not worth it. Id recommend you try a more independent cafe.

        Really rude customer services, she gave me the wrong cookie I rodered. Focaccia extremely oily and chewy. The crumble muffin was also really bad quality compared to a few years ago

        Lovely Staff Lovely Service The staff were very helpful & pleasant in fussing over us. & the lady with white/blonde hair is absolutely gorgeous. Wow. Smoked Salmon Bagel was wonderful. So was the cake too. Pleasant views Tbh I've been to the Kensil Rise & Shepherds Bush (Askew Rd) branches many times & the Chiswick branch tops it scenic wise. Will definitely visit again.
