I would give zero reviews if that was an option. This is the worst management company Ive ever had to deal with. The staff are incredibly rude, they obviously hate their jobs and dont want to be bothered or contacted at all. Our new development is only 4 years old and their neglect has been incredible. Broken street lights, broken fences, flooded basements in the blocks of flats since 2017 and they continuously refuse to fix anything. They are not transparent at all. We have requested details of expenditure and they would not provide any details but only pocket the money and let the development deteriorate. Update 4th July 2022: I am updating this review after the response received below from this management company. They claim the following: -The broken fences couldnt be fixed due to it being an ecological area however it was allowed for people to step over it and use it as a path in and out of the development so instead getting more ruined. How is that helping to keep the area protected? -Site inspections of the development are carried out on a regular basis: I very much doubt this, if that was the case how do you explain the growing weeds, grass and moss all over the estate? The broken doors to the flats, etc? Surely if you had done some visits you could have seen how this estate has been neglected for 4 years. -They mention to let them know when bollard lights have been knocked down: This has been mentioned each and every time a bollard light is broken. The first one is still broken despite it being 2 years since it was first notified to you. -Lack of payment of the service charges by owners: This was only brought to the attention of the residents about 2 months ago despite it being a couple of years that this has been going on and the reason why payment has been withheld is because owners are so fed up with the lack of responsibility from your company and the massive neglect that has been inflicted to our development. However as it has already been discussed it is your responsibility to collect the outstanding debt. Adding a few more pictures to show this neglect.
