I am a friend of a tenant who has mental health issues and the property is in a bad state of repair and the whole house is crawling with bed bugs, which has remained unresolved since last year, he is being eaten alive daily and trying to get hold of anyone in this company by telephone is impossible, they have also sent a letter stating his rent is behind & threatening him with homelessness but when I checked with the housing department they confirmed that all payments are totally up to date & none have ever been missed, their letter headed paper even had an incomplete contact number. SAYS IT ALL REALLY!! so now I will try emailing at least so we then have a visible trail of them not replying, as I am looking into how he can take this matter further maybe with the council or environmental health.
