We felt lucky to work with Ruz as our home listing agent. Ruz and his team are very professional. He gave us the helpful advices on necessary improvement of the home before listing, and came out right price for the market. His marketing team did very good job on marketing and staging the home, took really nice photos and wrote a better descriptions. He has a group of professional contractors, they really did an excellent job on renovation and repairs. Ruz really took care of our home well. Ruz and his team are very responsive and hard working. Sometimes we get his email or message in the really early morning and late night. He put a lot of attention for details and communicating with clients effectively, which makes our whole selling process as smooth as possible. Overall we are extremely happy about the service which Ruz properties provided.

We can't thank Ruz Property Management enough. Their team has been spending a lot of time to make sure we were updated & get the property we wanted. We are convinced that our move wouldn't be completed without them trough the whole lock down ordeal. Highley recommend.
