Careful!!! Pharmacy has a 15 booking fee for vaccine appointments. What for? 15?!?! If adding the booking fee to the price of the vaccine it is very expensive compared to other places. Worst of all, it is not very clear to the customer and not even to the pharmacy itself. Go somewhere else!

I visited on the recommendation of NHS 111 on the basis that the pharmacy may provide treatment, after they assess if it is necessary. The kind gentlemen on the counter was sympathetic but the senior pharmacist wasnt interested in checking my symptoms (or looking my way). I was simply told to book an appointment with my GP. A wasted trip and zero reassurance.

My daughter and son had to have their travel vaccines . Both Rachel and Kerry , were so lovely and kind. My sons set of injections was over and done within minutes. However my daughter was very very scared and for 30 mins was scrambling all over the place and was in tears and fits. Rachel was so patient and kind and so sympathetic to her. Eventually we was able to give her the injection with the help of Kerry and myself . After the initial shock my daughter was fine and happy and both Rachel and Kerry shared the joy with her. Such a lovely team .
