I have been coming to the pharmacy for years because of their great customer service, even I dont work in Chiswick any more. I was always happy to se Eden and her colleagues, they were kind and helpful every time when I was there.
Tonight I saw some new people there. A boy - I wasnt sure what his role was there. Another male person in the suit, I presume could be the new manager. He was the one serving me.
He approached me like I am some kind a nuisance, no smile, no greeting, nothing- asked me questions from the inside and because the others were talking, I couldnt hear him and I told him so.
He come closer, asked me for my name and after some search asked for my DOB ( which the other guys would ask immediately if they didnt know you).
After a long wait he found my meds and when I asked him some questions about them, he replied in such manner that I dont want to come to this place any more.
I asked the boy where are the other people who used to work there and he they are all on holiday, laughing. I told him they should think about their customer service and he was a bit surprised.
I dont believe theyre all on holiday and I dont understand how is possible that someone is put there with no customer care skills. Especially when working int the pharmacy where we come to pick up their medication not feeling well .
Lloyds management should think long and hard on what grounds they employ people and what are their priorities. This was, simply, one disgusting experience and I would give them -1, if it was possible.
