I trained with personal trainer Leon and lost the more weight than I've ever done alone. Leon has great knowledge of what each trainee needs (fitness AND nutrition) and challenges them every session. He definitely knows his stuff! The gym has a range of equipment and is always clean and tidy. It is rarely packed so you've always got access to the machines or weights that you need. 5 stars, highly recommended!

Ive trained with Leon for four years and recently had to leave due to moving away from the area. To say Im gutted is an understatement. From day 1 Leon was attentive, knowledgable and a great trainer, very encouraging and a lot of fun. My boxing technique has improved significantly and my fitness levels are through the roof! The space is great, with a friendly bunch of trainers and clients alike. Leons knowledge of biomechanics was also an incredible help after I suffered a nasty shoulder injury in a car accident. I knew my rehab was in good hands with Leon overseeing it. Im pleased to say its now as strong as it will ever be. Fitnessology is great for you physically and mentally. I wont hesitate to come back if Im in the area again. Thanks Leon for everything!
