Matteo and I met in early 2021 as I wanted a coordinated programme with a West London trainer local to my home. I did quite a bit of research and after a detailed chat on the phone about my objectives, we met and committed to a schedule. I am SO glad I met him - I really look forward to our sessions and he is always on hand to answer questions and motivate during the week. Hes super knowledgable / professional but, most of all, hes friendly and patient. Sometimes this is just as important.

I can't rate Matteo more highly. I had long term injury concerns and was nervous of attending a gym for the first time at 72. The threat of statins for high cholesterol finally made look for a local personal trainer. I have trained with Matteo for just two months. He has taught me so much about the arts and science of weight and strength training. He also advises on diet to supplement the benefits of his fitness programme. Matteo has a very friendly and engaging manner and I am always amazed at my progress. I highly recommend Matteo.

Matteo helped me with my mass building goals, having struggled a lot in the past. He is very professional and a knowledgeable PT. Sessions were great and every month saw a lot of improvements. I was very happy with the results and highly recommend him for whatever fitness goals you may have.

Matteo has been helping me to achieve my goal of loosing weight and changing lifestyle by training and nutrition advice. I became much stronger and I started to enjoy weightlifting! I noticed a positive change in my appearance already after one month of training. Sessions are fun and different every time.
