I have been a customer of Rich Nails since moving to the area in 2016. I kept on returning because of the friendly service and quality of the manicures/ pedicures . Twice in a row, I recently was very disappointed with the the welcoming and quality of the work. The salon is very busy but you dont treat yourself for a manicure / pedicure to be treated like kettle ( where did the smile, coffee / water go/ punctuality went?!). My shellac manicure was done too quickly and I had to come back few days later as nails were chipped. A day later they are chipping again. Perhaps quality of the polish used ? Please come back to quality of service and work it used to be or Ill be taking my business somewhere else! Service: Manicure
