Got an acrylic set removed minutes ago, they didnt file them too thin and id say damage was very minimal so thats good. However the customer service from some (not all) staff is actually appalling. Simple questions are met with laughter and conversations amongst one another in Vietnamese before I can get my answer, customers arent idiots and know when you are talking about them. Asked on multiple occasions if i was okay? in a snarky manner because the man doing my nails was behaving hostile to my discomfort. He would also speak and TURN to his co workers while drilling my nails dangerously close to my skin, he eventually did ended up cutting me on my cuticle and it began a stream of blood at which he doesnt even apologise for and only reacts when i jumped from the sting. After this he used a nail oil which is shared amongst ALL customers to go over each finger including the one with blood before he had even allowed me to wipe/wash it off. Yup, quite a shocking experience to be honest. Service: Synthetic nail removal

Sophie and Rosie did it again! The girls were so amazing , I mentioned I needed quickly and came in slightly late but they did my nails and toes THE BEST EVER! Also my previous set from them lasted 5 weeks and were perfect! My new favourite place, Ill be coming back every 5 weeks for Sophie and Rosie! Best vibes and best nails in london
