We have our Candela GentleLase machine now about 6 months. Grace, Michael, Sharon and Dianne have all been a fantastic help and very supportive throughout the purchase process and also with their after sales support. The machine itself is achieving fantastic results - far superior to other machines weve used in the past. We have been really impressed!

We bought Velashape machine a few years ago and did a contract with Candela Medical for service but I must say we never received a proper service from them. Engineers don't have enough knowledge to support their machines. They always try to get more money out of you. We invested in this machine but extremely disappointed with their level of service

I've been working with Candela Medical systems for over 10 years now with both my Aesthetic Clinic and Beauty College. The continuous support and introduction of new technologies and equipment is what underpins my business. The results our clients achieve with our Medical Grade Systems are outstanding!! When introducing Level 4 Laser and IPL to our College, it was so important that our students trained with the best in class equipment and will continue to do so. I have been working with Candela over a year now and I am blowing away with my Nordlys Device. Its so versatile. I also want to shout out for manager Grace, that is looking after me, very pleasant person and go beyond to help out. Customer service is outstanding, had few issues along the way, but they was sorted out in no time. Also was blown away with region engineer so pleasant and will help any time of the day. I am looking forward to working with Candela Medical and management team Grace along side in the future and definitely will I best I will another piece of art of equipment from Candela. Highly recommend.
