I only had my first massage with Mia last week. She is very friendly, professional and with a good technique. I work at an office during the day and do a little bit of running, which we chatted about before the session and she made sure my back and shoulders recovered from the stress and made my legs feel rested and relaxed. Her Chiswick Park studio is the perfect location for me, as I can easily go after work. I definitely will book again!

I recently had a massage from Mia at her Chiswick Park studio and it proved very beneficial in helping my lower back problem. Mia is very pleasant, knowledgeable and fun to chat to too as well as being an excellent masseuse. She targeted my problem area as well as the connected areas for and has really helped improve my condition. I also highly recommend her ebook which is full of excellent lifestyle information. Found Mia to be an exceptional shiatsu therapist, I have an L4-L5 herniated disc that occasionally gives me grief I was fortunate to have met the right massage therapist that understood my back situation and was able to give me some relief, thankfully today I am a little bit better the back still hurts but the pain has reduced to about 25% less than what it was so I will be going back for more as this has helped me a ton. She is based in Chiswick business park which is just 3 minutes walking from Gunnersbury Station which is not far from where I work, Thank you Mia
