        Fast response and appointment. Price is similar to other solicitor firms. The location is well situated and easy to find. They are very communicative and make sure the client understands their action to follow up.

        First started with Mayfair based solicitors, not happy with their work done by trainee(not solicitor yet),long reply and higher cost to purchase property with extra 1500 to speed up process, decided to find another solicitors that are smaller team with fair price and rapid response, so I spent some time to google and found Lancasters Solicitors, next day went to their office directly and meet lawyer Eileen Kilroy and I was amazed with their approach. I had a deadline to move into new property and Lancasters Solicitors delivered that with fair price!!! During process I have received updates with excellent communication!! I received a keys few days before my deadline!! If you are buying small property or bigger property, you are working class person or millionaire property investor I highly recommend Lancasters Solicitors. Thank you Eileen, Charles, Ruth and Receptionist...Ps. Don't waste your money with Mayfair based legal companies (slow, expensive,incompetent)... come to Lancasters Solicitors
