Bespoke Living

As we just moved to London and just bought a house, we had to rely on google reviews to find someone who can help us with the re-decorating work of the house. That is why I am writing this review to share that Colleen's work has been quite disappointing. I expected that she would be helpful in terms of consultation for the choice of materials and colours but really was of little help. Her scope of duties is limited to liaising with contractors she knows and managing invoicing process. It was very difficult to get hold on her as she seems to be handling much more jobs than she can handle. Eventually we asked her to help us find a good company who could change some windows to double glazing. As we thehave no experience with this type of work, we asked whether we had to anticipate any pre-work or plan for not sleeping in the house with our kids during the work. As she and the contractor said there would be no issue, we trusted them. The 1st day of work transformed our whole house into a war zone full of dust: as we were not anticipating it, nothing in the house was covered and no doors closed so the fine dust just spread all over the whole house we just decorated! We had to pay for professional cleaning to dust out the entire house, clean carpets (on the 1st day workers were walking with shoes on brand new carpets). Until now, we are still arguing whose responsibility it is...by whatsapp as she never bothered to come and talk to us face to face, and only chase us for payment. I would really not recommend her if you're looking for someone to fully rely on...If you already have some experience in house work, maybe she can then support in liaising you with the right contractors...

We used Colleen to do a complete refurb on our two bedroom flat in Chiswick after seeing a refurb she had done for a friend in the same building. From compiling and arranging the quote at the outset to completing snagging at the end it was a fantastic experience. Nothing was too much trouble for Colleen who gave her time generously. Her team of electricians and builders were excellent and all went the extra mile to make sure you were happy with the job. Colleen is a great project manager, and she is a nice person as well!

mrs steven has a terminal decease and on moving to a new property , the work involved in making the apartment disabled friendly was enormous . Bespoke not only finished in super quick time , they completed early and are incredibly adaptable to dealing with problems with a charm and execution . Bespoke is the best company we have ever worked with.

We used Colleen on two different homes in Chiswick (one a full refurb & the second a loft conversion and new master bathroom) and she made both experiences painless, on budget with an amazing finish whilst constantly keeping a smile on her face. Her availability & communication was always great with rapid call backs. We have now moved across town to East London and plan to use Bespoke Living Chiswick for our house refurb.

My partner had used bespoke living services on two previous homes and he was so pleased with the quality of their work and the service they provided, we begged Colleen to venture to east London to project manage our new flat! So pleased they have agreed to help us- again!
