Touchstone Lofts | Loft Conversion London

Touchstone did a fantastic job on our loft conversion (new master bedroom, en suite and study), that added lots of extra space to our house! There was a steady drum-beat of work and Paul did an excellent job of communicating both with me as the customer and with the crew, making sure that deliveries and specialists were onsite when needed. A loft conversion is a big project, but despite this there were no hidden surprises, and both Paul and the crew provided regular status updates and flagged well in advance when we needed to make a decision about specifics (e.g. bathroom layout, location of windows, render colour). Would gladly recommend!

Im happy with the quality of the loft extension construction work carried out by Touchstone lofts. In particular the building team assigned to our project by Paul, were excellent. We knew what was being done at every stage of the build from the beginning to the end. Excellent communication and would not hesitate in recommending Touchstone Lofts.

Touchstone Lofts, unlike many builders forward plan; starting with the structure of the build in maximising the headroom to any converted space. The loft arrangement and configuration is then planned from the structural elements up, providing maximum space for the end user, whether residential or commercial. Pauls experience in working on restricted headroom properties and complex builds is implacable. Including existing timber framed properties, where structural works are of paramount importance. I commend Paul and the rest of the team for the works they do.

My loft was finished to a high standard and within the predicted time. I had an excellent team of builders who I highly recommend. The follow up support is also very good and the team returned to fix a piece of fascia that had fallen down in strong winds.
