His training methods are second to none and he puts a lot of effort into planning sessions in which he gives an in depth explanation as to what each exercise is doing and what it will achieve. Training with Matt has helped me redevelop my love for fitness and has helped improve both my mental and physical wellbeing. He is truly passionate about what he does and this is shown through his dedication to his clients.

    Excellent personal trainer that makes bespoke sessions to suit your style of fitness. Matt worked on my love of ballet & pilates to create a higher cardio workout. I definitely liked being push in the animal flow routines. My overall fitness and flexibility improved with everyone noticing the results.

    I went to Matt to seek advice to improve my hand balancing .Matt taught me some great core exercises, paired with some shoulder mobility/strength drills! This improved my inverted alignment After the first session! My freestanding handstand has been progressing ever since..its just a shame I relocated and havent been able to swing by for another session

He combines a humble and engaging personality (none of the usual PT bravado) with a fundamental knowledge of how the body works. His sessions are always varied and tailored, and unlike with other PTs, I never find myself looking for excuses to miss my sessions. I can't recommend him enough.
