Second time visiting and hopefully last. So ridiculously expensive for its poor quality.

They say Picasso was a rude man, but people did not pay for his companionship. This man is an artist, so go for his amazing chocolates, not his conversation.

Lots of variety. The smell inside is intoxicating. Nice to know the chocolates are made downstairs.

Unfriendly and crazy expensive. I suppose if money is no issue then yes it's very good chocolate, but it's not worth 2-3x the cost of somewhere like hotel chocolate

I bought 100 of chocolates for Easter and when we tried them with my partner we realised they were not fresh and did not taste nice at all. We popped in the boutique today to let them know very nicely and politely but without expecting anything in return (we did not ask for the money back or replacement). We just wanted to let them know given how expensive the chocolates are. The owner was extremely rude, aggressive and disrespectful. He said he did not have time to listen to me and had work to do, and just went back downstairs whilst I was still talking to him. I feel sorry for the lady serving who is very professional and kind. I have read lots of negative reviews about how the owner treats the clients and his staff and am not surprised at all. To summarise, the chocolates are overpriced, do not taste great and the customer service is absolutely awful (owner only, not the staff).
