        Took a duvet and mattress topper to be freshened up. Was told to come back 10 days later as these things "take longer to dry". Came back to black mould all over the top of the mattress topper and marks all over the other half (attached some photos). Was then TOLD that it was brought to the dry cleaners like that and when trying to speak to the woman on the till, she then rudely interrupted and wouldn't let my partner speak. Side note: The man who manages alterations is lovely and tried to be helpful but his staff have massively let him down. Do not recommend.
